Error connecting with server / 404

Hello!

Two weekends ago and last one 18th-19th and 25th-26th I have problems with my strategy (demo mode) when trying to open positions. Today I still have problems. When I try to open a position I get this errors (from the log file):

27/04/2015 18:29:43|3|128|Error on calling 'OnExecution' method for strategy 'XXXXXXXX': No es posible conectar con el servidor remoto

19/04/2015 11:15:28|3|128|Error on calling 'OnExecution' method for strategy 'XXXXXXXX': Error en el servidor remoto: (404) No se encontró.

Do you know what could be the reason? Your servers are working well or you are changing something?

I would need to look into your log and trace files to see more about the disconnections. Please send me your log and trace files for today so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.
