Can someone point in me in the right direction for this?

Can a parameter be adjusted within Onbarupdate whenever a position closes?

I want to loosen an entry parameter on each profitable trade, to take more trades, and tighten, to take less trades, whenever there is loss.

Yes, this is possible. You will need to track the performance using the performance functions available at the following link: http://www.ninjatrader.com/support/h...erformance.htm
And you can adjust variables in OnBarUpdate() as well as other methods.

What exactly are you trying to adjust and how is this affected by Profit and Loss?
