Enums in optimization

Is it possible to optimize an enum property in a strategy?

For example: I might want to set up a private enum for order types with in a strategy:
public enum CustomOrderType
{
EnterAtMarket,
EnterAtLimit,
ETC,
}

The reason I would use enums instead of integers is that it makes it more readable. When I optimize I would see instead of 2 for EnterAtLimit I would see EnterAtLimit. Also it will give me a combobox in the Parameters section with EnterAtMarket, etc.
