Price Pattern " Scanner / Recognition "....

Good Afternoon,
I was wondering what degree of difficulty, as well as how much it would cost, in terms of cost, to develop a strategy,
that scans on a continuous basis, through all .... Stocks , Futures, Commodities and Forex markets
and solely looks for 1 Particular Price pattern ,
scanning on the 1 day, 2 day, 3 day, 4, day, weekly and Monthly charts ONLY ,
for all of the forementioned Stocks and Markets ( Stocks , Futures, Commodities and Forex markets ) ?

I have attached a screenshot of the Price Pattern / setup that I am wanting to have coded and automated .
By automated, I mean that..... as soon as the candle " Closes " ( I call this the Trigger candle ) , with this exact or as close to price pattern, then I would like to have an alert sent to me through... e-mail, text, on my trading platform itself

Also, the screenshot that I have attached, shows a Long setup / entry
I would like to have it also scan and alert me to setups that are also Bearish ,
( I will try to find a chart and post it in this thread later )
