History on Strategy Wizard

When a strategy is started,, it takes into consideration historical trades. I understand that the solution to prevent this is to use

if (Historical)
return;

Without having to unlock the code and editing the code, is there an option on the Wizard to do the same thing as above? Where is it located?

Thanks for posting today.

The method you are talking about can only be done inside the code. You would have to unlock the code to do this and insert the stated code in the OnBarsUpdate() method.

Note, once you unlock the code you would not be able to edit that NinjaScript using the Wizard anymore.

Thanks for the response. It would be great if the wizard could be expanded to start allowing for more development scenarios.

I will pass this on to development as a feature request for future versions of NinjaTrader.
