    Market Orders on TF always get rejected

    Hi all,

    I have a strange problem with a strategy on TF 10'. I have a strategy that sends buy/sell market orders whenever some conditions are true. I tried to make it run on TF, but it doesn't work... Whenever it tries to send an order I get something like: "CQG-AMP, Cannot route the order at this time affected Order: Buy 1 Market" or "CQG-AMP, Cannot route the order at this time affected Order: SellShort 1 Market". What am I doing wrong? I use NinjaTrade with AMP.

    Please send me your log and trace files for today so that I may look into what occurred.

    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support (please do not attach the files on the forum).

    Please reference the following ticket number in the body of the email: 1263209

        Looking around for this problem, I must mention that my orders are always GTC. Maybe this has something to do with the problem?

          It's difficult to tell at this point, because unfortunately I have not received the log and trace files. Can you please send an email to platformsupport [at] ninjatrader [dot] come and manually attach them?

          You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

          The log file will be named "log.YYYYMMDD.txt"

          You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

          The trace file will be named "trace.YYYYMMDD.txt"

              Hi Dave,

              Today everything worked fine. I simply set the orders as GTD instead of GTC. Could this be the problem?

                Hi Cristian,

                I'm glad to hear that the issue is resolved. It sounds like GTC setting was the cause, because not all brokerages support GTC orders.
