Market data update based strategy

If I'm building a strategy that's based only on the Level 1 update information I can collect through OnMarketData(), do I need to include OnBarUpdate() in my code at all?

Thank you for the question.

OnBarUpdate is a required method, even if you do not use it you still need the method stub in the file otherwise you would get an error on compile.
