i'm working on a spread indicator.

Right now I am able to calcualte spread based on daily values

Is there a way I can replace "CurrentDayOHL" with current week's open? I looked around and cant find any solution. Perhaps a way to leverage DayOfWeek.Monday??

Thank you for your post.

Check Times[1][0] and Times[2][0] against the DayOfWeek and if they match the desired value store the open in a double to be used in your calculations.

For example:

			if(Times[1][0].DayOfWeek == DayOfWeek.Monday)
			{
				secDayOpen = CurrentDayOHL(BarsArray[1]).CurrentOpen[0];
			}

If they are local variables, doubles must be initialized before they can be used. Set "a, b, c, d, e" all to some initial value when you declare them.

ok so the codes work. they plot correct values on the chart. but the issue is that for some reason the weekly and month returns & spread indicator... when i scroll through the chart.. end up being zero. when i load the chart i see values... but when i scroll through the chart.. the values seem to disapear. why is that happening? could it have anything to do with the initialize double = 1?? that it's resetting the plot?? the daily return and spread indicator does not have this issue. same code..

Values[1].Reset();

means that you have no Historical values, because you are resetting them every time you get a new bar.
