    scenario

    Scenario:

    indicator 1 has a value of "5"
    indicator 2 has a value of "2"

    can trades be placed based on whichever has the higher of the two values? this would let the code choose which indicator to use.

    Hello TradeYa,

    Thank you for your note.

    Yes, you can place trades based on which one has the higher value as such -

    if(IndicatorA[0] > IndicatorB[0])
    EnterLong()

    if(IndicatorA[0] < IndicatorB[0])
    EnterShort()

    if(IndicatorA[0] == IndicatorB[0])
    // Do nothing here?

      That's an interesting feature, however I don't think it achieves what I have in mind.

      Correct me if I'm wrong, but this is how I understand those codes:
      if(IndicatorA[0] > IndicatorB[0])
      EnterLong()
      Means if a is larger than b - enter long.

      However what I'm looking for, is a code that enters short when price falls below the highest of the two indicators.

        Code:
        if (Close[0] < Math.Max(IndicatorA[0], IndicatorB[0]) && Close[1] >= Math.Max(IndicatorA[0], IndicatorB[0])) EnterShort();
