Unmanaged OCOs

There is a possibility to enter ocoid when using unmanaged's submitOrder.
My question is this: will these be simulated ocos stored local, or submitted to the brokers server? This would answer what happens on a connection loss: can there be overfill, or not?

I guess the term OCO-group in the description is defined by giving a unique ocoid in the submitorder.
