Realized / Account Performance / Realtime

Hi, I'm just wonder if anyone can help me explain the differences between account performance and realized etc. I'm noticing discrepancies in the reported values.

It's probably an issue I've created with my strategies, but I want to be sure to get my performance details right and if I can't use the platforms Account Performance tab I need to obviously use an excel sheet or something and really I want to know what I need to record.

Currency Realtime Realtime & Historical
AUDCAD $2,636.88
AUDJPY $1,070.99
AUDNZD $381.05
CADCHF $329.34
EURAUD $230.49
EURGBP $914.52
EURUSD -$635.42 -$1,550.00
NZDJPY -$20.02
USDSGD $20.16
$4,927.99

If I open each currency and do Strategy Performance Real-Time I get this information, they are all the same for Real-Time & Historical except for EURUSD and I don't fully understand why.

When I add the Realized column up it comes to $6449.06.

Now, when I got to account performance, its $-2429.13 and this is where I'm confused.......Any idea why that would be different?

We would need to see your database in order to check the performance and need screenshots of the Strategy Performance results as well.

Go to Help -> Mail to Platformsupport
Select Database

Put Attn Cal in the subject and reference this thread in the body

Thanks I'll get this together for you now and send it off, CADCHF and AUDCAD is a good example, the realized profit is greater then that when you compare the strategy results. I only sent screenshots for pairs that had registered profits in the 'Realtime & Historical' performance.
