£ or $ on Strategy panel

Hello i am trying to see where the setting is for the Sim101 account currency display for the strategy panel on control center. Based in UK but running strategy on futures why does it display with £ symbol in the realized and unrealized profit columns.
Even though the $ per time amount is correct it is displaying with £ symbol? is there a setting for this .. as strictly speaking it is NOT the £ equivalent with no apparent fx conversion from $ to £ happening?

    thanks

soulfx, it would use your local regional set currency symbol here (£) where the amount would be in the instrument currency. Conversion would only happen for realtime FX spot product executions and if you have needed price data for converting streaming in prior to seeing the execution (for example load the Forex list to your MarketAnalyzer, see the rate column for your executions please)

The amount in the case of CL is usdollar as per instrument manager default setting - so the amount is correct but where is the local regional currency symbol set?
My broker is us based so doesnt make sense to have a £ symbol. Can i change this currency symbol setting somewhere i couldnt see where to change this.
The main thing is the amount but it is incorrect to show this as £'s as is a dollar amount.

      thanks

soulfx, the symbol used is set in your PC's regional settings - you could change that over to US based yes.

OK have changed in the regional settings the currency to $ without needing to change timezone and will hopefully see reflected on restart of ninjatrader.
To my mind from a design perspective this should be a setting within ninja accounts or a broker setting as broker location and trader location invariably differs although i realise ninjatrader is more us centric based.

Thanks, agreed. Our next major platform update will facilitator time zone and denomination changes.
