MarketPosition and positions created outside my strategy

It seems that Position.MarketPosition counts only positions opened by the strategy it's in and not the whole position number of my account....
Can't i manage from a strategy ALL the contracts of a kind?

For example ExitLong and ExitShort have only influence on position created by the stretegy. What can i do to exit ALL my contracts with the same name even if manually traded in the past?
