Enter an order at a predefined level

Hi. I do not know if this has been posted by a user - if it has please direct me to the relevant thread. I am a noob and wish to implement the following using strategy development tools. Place a buy order or sell order when price crosses above a predefined level for a buy or cross below a predefined level for a sell i.e ES at 2000 for example. the strategy should be such that the predefined level value i.e 2000 can be altered to another value if need arise, Take profit and stop loss at 8 ticks for both. Also I wish to have the strategy executed within a time interval like between 6 am to 12 pm or 6 pm or any value I may wish to put in plus within a predefined single date or range of dates i.e 10/11/2014 or 10/11/2014-20/112014 . I am receiving buy and sell alerts to enter markets and wish to test the viabilityo f such a service and also I am calculating my own levels,
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
    Kind Regards

Just Wow ! Really swift response did not expect it that fast but thanks a lot. You mentioned a simple moving average (SMA) in the presentation - how do I use that one as I was just looking to have a buy or sell trigger once a certain value has been reached and crossed over with a stop loss and profit targets. Since the levels change from day to day I wished to have a situation of just changing the values of the levels without altering the strategy. ANYWAYS THANKS I WILL TRY AS ADVISED.!!

        Hello maskanikali,

        Thank you for your response.

Please take a look at the attached image that shows how to use the user defined values in the condition builder to base the cross condition off of.
