strategy disabled on manual order

hi, say that I have a strategy running and enabled. I noticed that sometimes, when I manually enter an order from "chart trader" the strategy gets disabled. I can't figure when this happens as its not 100% consistent.

Any ideas?

Hi onnb1,

This is likely happening when you click the close button.

Clicking the close button will close all orders on that instrument and account and will disabled your strategy.
