Is it possible to initially put the stop at the swing low, then trail once in profit?

Yes, it would be possible to set a profit target or stop loss or exit order to any price you specify.
This could be a trailing price. This could be an indicator price. As long as the price is a valid price for the order (on the correct side of the market for the order type) then that price can be used for that order.

Your logic will have to decide when to stop using an indicator for the price of an order and start trailing or vice versa.

The stop loss will move to any price you specify at the time you call SetStopLoss, SetProfitTarget, or call the entry or exit order.
