last bar times

I am designing a strategy operating on multiple instruments, it requires that the orders placed on both instruments are made simultaneously. What I want the condition to check for is to see if the time of the last bar of instrument A equals the time of the last bar of instrument B, otherwise do not enter the position. I have no idea where to start. A little help please

The condition would be the following:

if(Times[0][0] == Times[1][0])
