Set new strategy data series option from within strategy

How can i set from within the strategy the data series options that you can choose from "new strategy" tab from strategy panel in control center?
If i use the command Add("", PeriodType.Minute, 1) in Initialize method it gives and error (probably because i'm not working on the graph.....).
Besides ADD command does not have seconds as parameter, i need 1 second bar.

Please check the Help Guide Custom Strategy Methods and Properties section for any properties that may help, I don't recall at the top of my head what is all there. If you don't see what you are looking for then it means its not currently supported.
