Using 10 minute strategy on a tick chart

I am working on applying a 10 minute strategy that is watching for certain values of indicators, and running this strategy on a tick chart. My first whack at it doesn't display anything.

I have done this before with multi-timeframe strategy on a particular minute chart but not on a tick chart.

Just want to confirm that I can run a 10 minute based strategy on a tick chart. I can work out the kinks as to why it's not working once I know it's possible.
