COBC indicator in an each tick strategy?

Hi!

I am developing a strategy which needs to run on each tick.

However, I would like to use the result of a 3rd party indicator, which is COBC only, thus it gives me an error.

Is it possible to sync the two somehow (that is set a specific indicator only to COBC?)

What is the error that you are receiving?

That the indicator needs to calculate on bar close. Probably an error thrown by the indicator's code, after it checks the mode.

I know that I will need to contact the indicator's supplier, but this is a good information to know regardless.

Yes, you would need to check with the 3rd party. I believe you are talking about the log error where it tells you that the indicator needs to use a certain COBC setting.

So I assume that it is only possible to use and query indicators with the same COBC settings as the strategy itself then.

Well, it would be good to be able to mix the two to save some cycles many times.
