Historical TRIN data

i need a few years of end of day TRIN data to test a strategy. IB only goes back a year and yahoo doesn't seem to have it anymore. barcharts free trial gives you a year also. i just need to load up the data one time to test my strategy out.

so who sells historical TRIN data? can i just sign up for a month get my data then cancel? what are my options? any help would be appreciated!

Hello JimPunkrockford,

The free Kinetick EOD connection provides additional historical daily data as per the TRIN index. You can find this connection by default in NinjaTrader at Control Center-->File-->Connect.

When I tested it on my end, I was able to load daily data up to 2005.

well now that is cool! thanks jason very nice. so i guess if it is a second data series on the chart it only goes back one year. is there any way to have the primary data series (say the SPY) and a secondary series (TRIN) on the same chart and they both go back that far?

Yes, please adjust the 'Days to load' setting for both data series accordingly in the Data Series menu of the chart.
