Timezone handling
I have a really hard timezone issue. I distributed a strategy to another time zone, but it was not working properly because it had a dependency on my timezone. I then had the idea to change the clock on one of my PCs to simulate the problem so I could fix it. Well now I'm really confused because the bar entries don't seem to show up on the right bar. What I'm wondering is if the historical data is still in the old timezone prior to the PC clock change, and that has something to do with the problem?Tags: None

Hi tradetree,
NinjaTrader will always reference the PC clock for time. So all historical data will have your time zone.
If you change your PC's time zone, you will need to reload the historical data so that it gets time stamped with the correct time.
(Right-click chart -> select Reload All Historical Data)
Regarding the strategy, this should reference the PC time...
Meaning that I am not quite certain the time zone issue you are having. Can you elaborate on this?Chelsea B.NinjaTrader Customer Service
