Pending Orders Cancelled when Strategy Turned Off

How can I avoid having the pending orders cancelled if/when the strategy is turned off. I only want two scenarios where my orders would be cancelled.

1. It is hard coded in the strategy code to cancel them
2. I manually cancel the orders

I would suggest you check into your Tools > Options > Strategies > NinjaScript > Order Handling settings, here you can enable / disable the cancellation of strategy generated orders on disable.
