Override trade annotation text in chart

Is there an argument I can use or function I can override to change the trade text that displays on the chart in backtest? E.g., I would like it not to display the share quantity traded.

Unfortunately, there is no option or item to add to the code to change the display of the quantity in the chart of the backtest results.
