Handling manual changes and syncing with account position in strategy

Is there a way to synchronize strategy with actual orders (for example when we manualy add order or start strategy in middle of Long/Short position), at least on startup? Now when i am in 3L and start strategy it will think its in flat and act accordingly instead of continuing in 3L. It may happen when we interfere manually or when the strategy needs to be restarted in middle of position. Would be nice to know a way to let strategy know that information. Thanks for help.

Thank you for your note.

There is no supported/documented method to sync your open positions on a live account to a strategy or with manual orders. However, it is possible.
