EURUSD chart not showing up after successfully importing data

I imported tick data for EURUSD into NT successfully. I inspected the data in Historical Data Manager and it looks fine.

When I try to bring up a 1 min chart it shows up as blank. Please find all relevant screenshots including log and trace.


I did perform a reset of instrument as well just to make sure because that was the common solution prescribed for such issues i the forum.

Please advice asap.

Thank you for your post.

You would need Minute data in the Historical Data Manager to view a Minute chart. When importing the data did you select the 'Generate Minute bars from imported tick data' option on the Import tab of the Historical Data Manager?

I do not remember if I did that. Now that I have the tick data in there, can I generate the minute bars now or do I have to re-import the data (which is large)?

You would re-import the data with the option enabled.
