Average @ Time of the Day

Is there an indicator that can get the Average @ Time of the Day for a give property or indicator: For example, Average 1 min volume @ 8:30 am for the last 10 trading sessions?

Thought this would be quite common but nothing sticks out that is available. thanks

You mean like this? This one is set at the moment at 30 minutes. Of course you can use 1 minute, though such a fast time frame seems to me rather dodgy.

The first shows the current volume as bars, and the average volume as a line. You can choose to calculate the average by any of the tree accepted measures of average: mean, median or mode.

The second indicator is the TimeSliceVolume, normalized, per the average volume, so that it is easy to see when the volume exceeds a user-specified threshold.
