Coding with custom MACD Divergence

Im looking to use my custom MACD which draws a line on chart and in the indicator panel and when the lines diverge it acts as a filter to enter the trade, it also prints a up/down arrow. the trade would have to trigger on the open of the next bar, not sure how to do it, care to comment?

You would need to expose a variable or use a data series that could be called form the strategy when using the indicator's method. You would set this variable when the triangles are drawn.
