Can someone give me idea on how to prevent the strategy of being disabled when I press the close button on the chart trader of the chart? Everytime I close my position by using the Close button on the chart trader my enabled strategy will be disable.

Correct Edward, that would be expected if you use the Close algorithm to get out of your position. Running strategies on this account / instrument combination would then be disabled as well. If you trade the manual portion with an ATM you could use the Middle mouse button to just close this position / strategy.
