Whats Wrong?

Im trying to get this to work but i seem not to get it right.

I can do it with one signal for each condition but i wanted to add more conditions (signals).
I also determine the signals for it to consider, later ill make one for each signal. Now i only like to incorporate all the signals in one.

Error : CS0029

Please assist me.

I know it as to do with the operator && but how can I combine the conditions?

What does base.Combo().Signal[0] produce? Is this a double? Or a string?

Its a double.
Its a indicator which produces a numeric value.
