There is not a limitation for this within NinjaTrader. This will just be limited by your system.
Different strategies can use more resources that others so it would vary greatly.

Thanks...Does NT recommend this:

**Protection from Firewalls (including Windows Firewalls on public and private networks), Anti-Virus, and Anti-Spyware software should be turned off while trading!

Also, I see NT system requirements on the website (is that the min. requirements)? I think that has been there a while. Is it current?

Also, many times, there is a min. requirement list and also a "Recommend Computer Spec" list too. What would be the current min. requirement and recommended requirement?

Lastly, what would the min. and recommended requirement be for NT 8 (the same or different...if different can you please let me know)? Buying new machines...

Thanks for your reply.

You may add exceptions to NinjaTrader with your anti virus/firewall program so that you can still be protected and ensure NinjaTrader will not be blocked by it.
You will need to exclude the following directories.
C:\Program Files (x86)\NinjaTrader 7 or C:\Program Files\NinjaTrader 7
(My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7

The following link shows minimum PC requirements.

There is no update to this and there is no recommended settings. These can greatly vary depending on your use.
You can contact the following partner for recommendations based on your needs.

At this time there minimum PC requirements for NinjaTrader 8 are not available.

Ok...what about the program and folders similar for MB Trading if connecting using MB Trading Navigator upon connecting?

and any other connections (like CQG, Kinetick, Continum, Rithmic, etc) that have folders OR programs connecting/associating with NT?
