How to get signals from other strategies?

I'm just starting with strategy development. I have a protected strategy from another developer that works well, but it is unrefined. There are several scenarios where it would do much better if it considered more factors....but I can't modify it's code directly.

Is it possible for my strategy to detect when the encoded strategy sends a buy/sell order to a sim account so I can determine if my strategy's entry would match?

Thank you for your post.

It is not possible to get another strategy's orders that it sends. Each Strategy runs its own instance that is not accessible in that capacity.
