Initialise being called twice and OnBarUpdate not being called atall

I have proved using Print statements in my strategy code that Initialise is being called twice but the OnBarUpdate is not being called at all. I am running the strategy on a 2 min simulated chart can somebody please help?

Thank you for your post.

The double call for Initialize() is expected as this method gets called when you bring up the Strategies window and when you first apply it.

However for the second part that is not.

Can you share with me the script that you use for the OnBarUpdate()?

Have you enabled the strategy?
