Displaying Text on Chart | Strategy Running from Strategy Tab

Hello Support,

I have a question, is it even possible to display a text on the chart from a strategy when it is being started from the strategy tab?

For example; i want to display a message on the chart when a signal is generated. I put in the required code for it and it works all great when i run the strategy by attaching it to a chart.
But, when i run the strategy from the strategy tab, it doesn't display the messages. Is this normal?

Hi Umer, yes that would be the correct and expected behavior here. The strategies tab scripts are on purpose not displayed on any chart as they are not connected to any chart instance in specific to offer a high performance strategy running mode.
