You will need to either wait for the exit orders to get filled or you will need to cancel them and place a EnterShort()

Is there any property like ExitOnClose to close and cancel everything?

ExitOnClose will only work when you are reaching the close of the session.

There are no other methods available to cancel your orders openly like this.

You will need to use advanced order handling and CancelOrder()

Well, I think the main problem not in canceling protective orders and placing reverse order, but in opportunity to restore canceled protective orders if reversed position will not enter the market (conditions for reverse came true, but market moves in first direction).
