If I did 2 contracts on one entry signal this also doubles the net profit but doesn't double the drawdown %. This is what I was looking for but to have unique entries instead. What am I missing?

Multiple Entry & Exits Signals
Looking to have two seperate entries, mainly just to have different targets for each contract. I followed the Sample multiple entry strategy and gave them two separate entry signal names. I kept all the conditions the same for both entries and exits just to test it out. Used unique entries. It's doubling the net profit as expected but it's also doubling the drawdown and the cumulative profit %. Is this just how it's supposed to be?

Hello zachj,
You are doubling the doubling the number of trades which is why your percentage is doubled as well since they have different signal names. If you change the Default Order Quantity to 2 but keep the number of trades the same then I would expect the values to match but not when increasing the number of trades.JCNinjaTrader Customer Service
