Good bye Mr. Wizard

I am sure this is a ridiculous question. But, here goes:
When I am building a strategy and I want to unlock the code so I can edit it, and make optimizations directly a warning pops up telling me that I if I do that I will no longer be able to use the wizard interface.
If I do that, how do I compile the code? The only way I know is to hit "compile" in the wizard interface. Is there a command line interface or some editor built into Ninja I don't know about?

There are three ways to do this -

You can hit F5 on the keyboard

Right click in the editor and select Compile

Select the Compile button on the top toolbar
