Connecting MySQL to NinjaTrader

I am reaching out to the forum because I am having trouble connecting to MySQL due to the fact that I cannot find the System.Data.dll file.

I tried installing .NET Framework v2.0, but would not install because I have v3.5 already installed. Does anyone know how to find or download the System.Data.dll file OR due without it?
