Delay indicator in strategy

Lets say I want to use the Parabolic Sar as an exit signal in a strategy. If price crosses SAR then Exit position. The problem is that my indicators for entry get there well before the SAR does. And I want to ignore any Sar jumpiness in the first few bars after entry. So I want to use the SAR for exit, but not until 5 bars after entry. How do I do that?
