#region 'hide' does not hide entire region?

when I click on the #region '+/-' symbol to hide the lines of code bounded by a #region/#endregion region which I have created, the entire region is not hidden [ie] hidden lines of code stop short of the #endregion directive?

The script you attached is a lot of commented out sections and very unreadable.

Can you please simplify this down so I can further assist you

If you can send me the .CS file that would be better as I can load that directly into my NinjaTrader.

I went through the script. You need to end the region in question, inside the OnBarUpdate() method and not the outside that you currently have setup.
