What will be the OrderState if to close partially filled order?

-Code is used Unmanaged order methods.
-The limit order was partially filled.
-The order was closed by CancelOrder () a method.

You would check for a PartFilled order -

OrderState.PartFilled

For example:
1) The order was created by as follows - SubmitOrder(0, OrderAction. SellShort, OrderType. Limit, 100,1809.25,0, string.Empty, "Example")
2) There were corresponding events of OnOrderUpdate
3) The price rose to 1809.25. And the order was partially filled on 50 contracts
4) There was OnOrderUpdate event, and the order has OrderState.PartFilled
5) The price fell to 1800
6) Strategy caused CancelOrder

I correctly understand, what further there will be OnOrderUpdate event, and the order will have OrderState.PartFilled state?

Yes, your example is correct from what your strategy dictates.

When CancelOrder() is called the OnOrderUpdate() will get called.
