How to save and reuse parameters (Back-testing & Optimization)

I am evaluating NT and getting confused with inability to preserve my settings during Optimization & Back-testing. Is there way of saving and restoring parameters?
I hope it is lack of NT usage causes me to enter the same parameters once I close Optimization and/or Back-testing screens

Please bear with me - I am newbie in NT and all kind of trivial suggestions may be valuable.

Hello pranas,

You can save the settings by a right click when your cursor hovers above the settings in the Strategy Analyzer. You will see a box appear that says 'Set Default For *strategy name*'. Left click this box to save the settings you have selected.
