Debug Overridden Plot() when objects disappear

I have overridden the Plot() method. I am running into an issue where it outputs my various drawn objects when the chart initially loads, but as soon as a new tick comes in, they all disappear.

I don't know of a good way to debug it, since no error is thrown. I've checked and double checked all possibilities I can think of, but it keeps happening.

I've also tried putting a try/catch in there, but it doesn't get triggered.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Adding/modifying code in the Plot method is not supported by NinjaTrader.

You may have luck asking this in the unsupported thread.

Is it necessary for you to override the Plot method?

Is there any way we can help you accomplish your goal using a supported method?

Thank you for the quick reply. Unfortunately, yes, I need to override the plot() method (it's quite a complicated script, ~5000 lines).

It works perfectly fine for most all cases, but there is one situation that seems to cause the objects to disappear after a new tick comes in and I am struggling with debug it, since there is no error.

As I type this, the markets are closed and my objects are appearing perfectly. When the markets open in a moment (and new ticks come in), they will disappear, unfortunately.
