Risk management addon

Hi There,
I wonder if someone can point me out in right direction for some position size management addon to NT. When I enter trade I usually know where are my targets and stops. I am looking for something which will adjust position to current market conditions both in terms of stops and targets as profit or loss moves. Generally some sound logical strategy which will enable profits run and cut looses.
Has anyone got any experience with Risk manager by Indicator Warehouse:

ipoppy, I'm not aware of anything else in that area currently. I will leave this open to other community members share their toughts about tools and approaches potentially used.
