Why won't my charts work?

I just downloaded NinjaTrader about an hour ago, and I have been trying to figure out how to set up charts since the. I want to create a 6B chart with 2 range renko bars, but it will not work. Every time I create a chart, it shows me what appears to be the very bottom of it (with the price to the right only listing .0001) and no chart. When I adjust the chart parameters to a fixed range of 1.55 to 1.60, it still will not show.

Help me, please, I can not waste anymore time on this awful and confusing layout.

edit; it got worse now I can not even see the .0001 or the adjusted ranges, and it does not work on any other instruments.
