Is Kinetick provide NSE (National Stock Exchange) data.

Unfortunately Kinetick does not support this exchange. I'm not aware of anyone besides IB that supports this data. You may consider contacting http://www.esignal.com/ and asking if their data feed to NinjaTrader would support your request.
