    Multi Time Frame Query

    where should i put:

    if(CurrentBar <4)
    return;
    in a MTF strategy, with the following 2 sections within OnBarUpdate():

    Code:
    if(BarsInProgress == 0)
    {
    }
    
    and
    
    if(BarsInProgress == 1)
    {
    }
    Should I put it just below OnBarUpdate()? or within each of the 2 BIP sections?

    You normally want to put this at the very beginning of OnBarUpdate to ensure this doesn't run if the current bar requirement isn't met.

    For MTF indciator, you'll want to use a currents check

    if(CurrentBars[0] < 4 || CurrentBars[1] < 4)
    return
    
    //rest of logic here
