Hello,

In strategy if Positions.MarketPosition is Flat mean strategy don't have any open position or there is not any open position in related account? I need to know is there any open position before open new position in my account.

Hello,

This function will only check for any positions on the strategy itself. There is not a supported method to check for positions on the entire account. A Strategy instance will only be aware of positions/orders that were generated from that single strategy instance.

Are you sure about this?

Suppose we have two different strategy, we can use both strategy at the same time at the same chart in ninja. And suppose we don't want loss bigger then 500$ in one day. For do this before open any position we have to know today profit and if other strategy have open position, if this position stoploss hit how much can be lost? Then we can easily calculate 500$ - (today loss + potential loss) = amount of new position possible stoploss amount. We can find today loss amount from trades collection, but we don't know other strategies open position's potential loss amount and you said that we can not know. Do I understand you correctly?

Yes, you understand correctly. The trade collection only works for the single strategy. You would not be able to know the position or trade information from another strategy.
