two systems, same limit order

hi i have two systems, they both send a limit order at X price. one gets filled. one doesnt get filled and the order then gets cancelled.

both systems are sending the limit order at the same exact time, same price. but only one is getting filled.

any idea whats causing this??

only difference is that one has a trailstop in set initialize and the other does not. same exact entry commands for both tho.

Thank you for your post.

When the Limit order is cancelled do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

What are your settings for EntriesPerDirection and EntryHandling? You can check this on your chart by right clicking > Strategies > select the active strategy > then check the EntriesPerDirection and EntryHandling options.
