Possible Bug

Hello Support,

We have been having an issue that we have documented in the following 2 threads:

We were using the version 7.0.1000.14 when we were having this issue. Now, we have gone back to the previous version i.e 7.0.1000.13 and both of the above issues are fixed.

We think this may be a possible bug in the new version. Can you please shed some light on this?

Our clients can not ideally move to the previous version as connectivity with IB on that degrades the performance of our strategies.

Thank you for your post.

What version of TWS are you using? You can check under TWS -> Help -> About -> Scroll to the Build #

With the current version of NinjaTrader (7.0.1000.14), it is critical that you use TWS version 938.1. Please uninstall your existing version via the Windows Control Panel, and then install 938.1 via the following link: http://www.ninjatrader.com/ninjatrad...tall_938_1.exe

I am sorry that i missed this earlier, but we were having issues with the Simulator as well as the latest version of IB (compatible with latest version of NT).

Now we have only tested the previous version on the Simulator and we are not having any issues.
